At the Marcel Boiteux Lecture, Deloitte, EDF, RTE Réseau de Transport d’Electricité, Stellantis, and CentraleSupélec officially launched this chair, which is supported by the School’s Industrial Engineering Laboratory (LGI).
Marcel Boiteux’s pioneering work laid the foundations for the economics of electricity and the carbon tax. Today, these same issues are being reexamined in a radically transformed context: liberalized markets, the imperative to decarbonize, large-scale electrification, and the increasing complexity of energy markets.
