The Foundation welcomes three new employees: Céline Morel, Soaniaina Andriamahefa and Yassine Allali.
Céline has extensive experience in developing alumni relations, fund-raising and managing foundations in higher education. Currently Head of Development France at the CentraleSupélec Foundation, she previously headed the Mines-Télécom Foundation for almost 4 years.
Prior to this, she practiced several facets of the fundraiser’s profession: Management and corporate relations as Head of the Apprenticeship Tax at Grenoble Ecole de Management and General Delegate of its Foundation; Alumni relations when she was Deputy Director, in charge of the annual fund and communications for the first Campaign for the École polytechnique. In 2008, at the UPMC Partnership Foundation (now Sorbonne University), she set up the first alumni database and the first direct marketing operations. Céline learned fundraising techniques during a 10-year stay in Pittsburgh, USA, working for the University Advancement division at Carnegie Mellon, where she also conducted research in simultaneous machine translation and communication in the InterACT laboratory (School of Computer Science).
Céline has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Association Française des Fundraisers since 2023. Her career has been marked by an unwavering commitment to raising the profile of institutions and enhancing the value of their communities.

Soaniaina holds a Master’s 2 in Political Science from Sciences Po Saint-Germain-en-Laye and Paris-Saclay, with a specialization in International Cooperation Policies. Soa has built a career at the intersection of public policy research and impact project management.
She began her career with two formative internships with Madagascar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as an International Adoption Policy Analyst, before joining the Konexio association, active in France, Kenya and Malawi, as a Project Manager.
At the same time, since 2020 she has chaired Miralenta, a think tank that works for the rights of Malagasy women and the visibility of their struggles in public and political spheres.
At the Fondation CentraleSupélec, Soa first joined the team as Research Officer, before becoming Annual Fund and Donor Relations Officer. Here, she manages the annual fund-raising campaigns, contributing to the sustainability and development of the School’s high-impact projects.

Yassine holds a double master’s degree in Economics and Management (Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France) and Applied Economics, specializing in Consulting for Private and Public Organizations (Université de Lille), Yassine Allali has developed solid expertise in data analysis and digital transformation.
He joined the CentraleSupélec Foundation in April 2025 as Research and Database Officer. There, he pilots the development and management of the CRM, oversees the enrichment of the database, tracks donations and issues tax receipts, while ensuring compliance with the RGPD.
Alongside his school and university career, Yassine has followed a career as a top-level footballer, from the Royal Excel Mouscron training center to Valenciennes and other clubs in the French national championship. This demanding career path enabled him to develop invaluable qualities such as rigor, resilience and teamwork.
Passionate about information systems and process optimization, Yassine uses data to support the Foundation’s strategy and prospecting campaigns, contributing to its long-term development.
