As for the Foundation, it took me longer to understand its role and importance. <\/p><p> Working in the U.S. was a bit of an eye-opener! There, my American colleagues, even when in debt, gave what they could back to their university. These years instilled in me this culture of &#8220;giving back&#8221; and, back in France, it seemed obvious to me to follow their example.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-295b05db elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"295b05db\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">I made my first donation in 2008 and have been giving annually since 2010. <\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3b13ca3a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3b13ca3a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>I made a multi-year commitment during the first sponsorship campaign focused on the new campus in Saclay because I am a great believer in the strength of multidisciplinary campuses.<\/p><p>Beyond my financial support, I have also given of my time by mentoring a German student in a double degree program at CentraleSup\u00e9lec for two years, accompanied a first-year student on his entrepreneurial project, and today, I am proud to play the role of ambassador to my fellow students on the Foundation&#8217;s new campaign committee<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e3ecb3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e3ecb3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">\"Today, I am proud to serve as an ambassador to my Comrades on the Foundation's new campaign committee.\"<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-575a07b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"575a07b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">For me, the important thing is to get involved.<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1a3b0c67 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1a3b0c67\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Everyone has different means, experience and time capacity, so the involvement of all cannot be the same. But not staying connected to the younger generations of engineers, not giving them the benefit of our experience, our network, our resources, I think it&#8217;s a shame.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e61361d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e61361d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Today, the School's choices and actions in favor of diversity and social openness are of particular concern to me.<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a278893 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a278893\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Education is fundamental for the generations that follow us to do better and go further than us!
