The Foundation welcomes three new employees: C\u00e9line Morel, Soaniaina Andriamahefa and Yassine Allali.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
C\u00e9line<\/strong> has extensive experience in developing alumni relations, fund-raising and managing foundations in higher education. Currently Head of Development France at the CentraleSup\u00e9lec Foundation, she previously headed the Mines-T\u00e9l\u00e9com Foundation for almost 4 years. <\/span><\/p>\n Prior to this, she practiced several facets of the fundraiser’s profession: Management and corporate relations as Head of the Apprenticeship Tax at Grenoble Ecole de Management and General Delegate of its Foundation; Alumni relations when she was Deputy Director, in charge of the annual fund and communications for the first Campaign for the \u00c9cole polytechnique. In 2008, at the UPMC Partnership Foundation (now Sorbonne University), she set up the first alumni database and the first direct marketing operations. C\u00e9line learned fundraising <\/i>techniques during a 10-year stay in Pittsburgh, USA, working for the University Advancement division at Carnegie Mellon, where she also conducted research in simultaneous machine translation and communication in the InterACT laboratory (School of Computer Science). <\/span><\/p>\n C\u00e9line has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Association Fran\u00e7aise des Fundraisers since 2023. Her career has been marked by an unwavering commitment to raising the profile of institutions and enhancing the value of their communities. <\/span><\/p>\n You can reach C\u00e9line on 01 75 31 60 40 or by e-mail: celine.morel@centralesupelec.fr<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Soaniaina<\/strong> holds a Master’s 2 in Political Science from Sciences Po Saint-Germain-en-Laye and Paris-Saclay, with a specialization in International Cooperation Policies. Soa has built a career at the intersection of public policy research and impact project management.<\/p>\n She began her career with two formative internships with Madagascar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as an International Adoption Policy Analyst, before joining the Konexio association, active in France, Kenya and Malawi, as a Project Manager.<\/p>\n At the same time, since 2020 she has chaired Miralenta<\/strong>, a think tank that works for the rights of Malagasy women and the visibility of their struggles in public and political spheres.<\/p>\n At the Fondation CentraleSup\u00e9lec<\/strong>, Soa first joined the team as Research Officer, before becoming Annual Fund and Donor Relations Officer<\/strong>. Here, she manages the annual fund-raising campaigns, contributing to the sustainability and development of the School’s high-impact projects. <\/p>\n Soaniaina can be reached on 01 75 31 64 82 or by e-mail: soaniaina.andriamahefa@centralesupelec.fr<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Yassine<\/strong> holds a double master’s degree in Economics and Management (Universit\u00e9 Polytechnique Hauts-de-France) and Applied Economics, specializing in Consulting for Private and Public Organizations (Universit\u00e9 de Lille), Yassine Allali has developed solid expertise in data analysis and digital transformation.<\/p>\n He joined the CentraleSup\u00e9lec Foundation<\/strong> in April 2025 as Research and Database Officer<\/strong>. There, he pilots the development and management of the CRM, oversees the enrichment of the database, tracks donations and issues tax receipts, while ensuring compliance with the RGPD. <\/p>\n Alongside his school and university career, Yassine has followed a career as a top-level footballer, from the Royal Excel Mouscron training center to Valenciennes and other clubs in the French national championship.
