href=\"https:\/\/www.ingenieuses.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ing\u00e9nieuses <\/a>operation aims to <b>fight against gender stereotypes<\/b>, to <b>promote gender equality<\/b> at school and in the professional sphere, and to <b>encourage young girls to choose scientific and technological training and the engineering profession.<\/b> <\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\">It takes the form of a national communication campaign and a competition culminating in an awards school students<\/b> between the second and first year of high school (scientific specialties) at the heart of CentraleSup\u00e9lec on the Paris Saclay campus. <b>The Summer Camp benefits from financial support from the CentraleSup\u00e9lec Foundation&nbsp;.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>What is the goal&nbsp;?<\/b><br>To promote science &nbsp; and its applications, to provide tools for preparing one&#8217;s orientation, to introduce one to campus life, and to encourage the diversity &nbsp; of the profiles recruited at CentraleSup\u00e9lec.<\/p>\n<p>By respecting a recruitment quota of <b>51% girls and 51% scholarship holders<\/b>, the Summer Camp wishes to <b>act against self-censorship<\/b> &nbsp;in the choice of orientation towards scientific studies.<\/p>\n<p>Summer Camp will return in
